July 8 - 13, 2026 | 6 Days / 5 Nights

Day 1 – Arrival in the Dominican Republic July 8, 2026

• Depart the USA with teammates and coaches for an unforgettable adventure.

• Upon arrival, meet your full-time bilingual tour manager.

• Transfer to your 4 star all-inclusive resort beach front hotel for check-in and a welcome meeting to review the week’s schedule.

• Spend your first evening relaxing at the resort

Day 2 – Games - Visit Santo Domingo

• Breakfast at the resort.

• Double Header in the AM

• Visit the Colonial City of Santo Domingo—the oldest European settlement in the Americas. Stroll through historic plazas, explore the open market

• Dinner and overnight at the resort.

Day 3 – Games - Three Eyes and Market

• Breakfast at resort

• Games in the AM

• Visit to the Three Eyes Crystal Caves and shop the Open Market

• Return to hotel for afternoon at leisure - Optional excursions but not included: horseback riding, UTV, scuba diving, water sports, etc

• Return to resort for dinner and overnight

Day 4 – Clinic and Beach Time

• Breakfast at resort

• Provide a softball clinic for underprivilege children - This is often the highlight of our DR tours - Bring equipment or supplies to donate to these children who appreciate anything you can part with to make their lives better

• Return to hotel for afternoon at leisure - options activities available

• Return to resort for dinner and overnight

Day 5 – Catamaran Cruise

• Breakfast at resort

• Full day excursion - catamaran cruise to Saona Island for all teams

• Buffet lunch will be provided on the island

• Return to resort for dinner and overnight

Day 6 – Return to USA

• Check-out and transfer to airport for return flight to USA.

• (Options to add additional days including 2 nights in Punta Cana May be available)

• Airfare - We will provide a group quote as needed. A minimum of 15 passengers is needed to secure a group flight option.

• Tips for driver and tour manager: We suggest $20 per person from each passenger to be split between your tour manager and drivers for their services

The prices below are estimated on the following conditions:

• Cost is quoted per person

• Ground Package cost only - Airfare will be quoted separately

• Cost based on a minimum of 25 paying passengers

• Cost is subject to change until deposit and registration is received

• $500 non-refundable deposit due to confirm space and price quote

• 5 months prior to departure - 50% of the total cost land and air due

• About 2 months prior to departure all balances will be due and non-refundable

A detailed payment schedule will be available at checkout during your registration.

Cancellation Policy: 

All payments for 2027 tours are fully refundable until November 1, 2026. If you cancel for any reason after November 1, 2026 you will be subject to a $500 cancellation fee.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

All cancellations must be confirmed by e-mail to AIST at info@aist.us. AIST will do their best to eliminate cancellation fees when possible, however, this is dependent upon our suppliers and the timing of your cancellation of the tour.

Airline cancellation fees are not included with the fees below. Additional cancellation fees may apply if you have canceled your tour after airline tickets have been purchased.

‍· All payments for summer tours are fully refundable until November 1, 2026

· A fee of $500 will be assessed if you cancel for any reason after November 1, 2026

· A fee equal to 50% of the total trip cost (land and air) will be assessed for cancellations between 130 and 101 days prior to departure

· A fee equal to 75% of the total trip cost (land and air) will be assessed for cancellations between 100 and 61 days prior to departure.

· Cancellations made within 60 days of departure will receive no refund.

· WeTravel Processing fees are non-refundable

Important Notes:

Upgraded seats and deviations may not be possible depending on the airline policies for group travel.

Do not purchase any flights until AIST confirms the schedule about 4-5 months prior to departure.

To include airfare in your tour package, you must select the the add-on at check-out of your preferred option. Seats are limited at the quoted price, and if additional seats are needed, the cost may increase. Book early to secure your spot. Seats are limited and available to first come first serve. They can be added at another time if you prefer to check on booking your own flights but do not book any flights until AIST confirms a complete roster.

• Confirm availability of your preferred position on the travel roster

• Confirmation email will be sent within 24-48 hours not unless over a weekend or holiday. If you do not hear from us within 3 days please follow up by email

• No commitment is required - we only need the position form to check the roster and allow you the opportunity to hold a spot on the roster

• Once we are able to confirm your position = a $500 deposit is due and fully refundable until NOVEMBER 1, 2026 (cancel for any reason for full refund, less WeTravel processing fees of 3%)
