Cancellation fees will be kept to a minimum. However, in the event of you having to cancel part, or all your arrangements within the following, the below cancellation conditions apply. Airfare cancellation policies are separate and vary from carrier to carrier.
The initial deposit is non-refundable ($250 per person)
130 – 61 days prior to departure 50%-75% of total cost land an air will be non-refundable
60 – Days prior to departure there will be no refunds
Once travel has commenced, no refunds will be given. This includes any unused portion of the tour.
WeTravel Processing fees are non-refundable
REPLACEMENT PARTICIPANT INFORMATION: If a pre-enrolled participant cannot travel for any reason, a substitute may be sent in his/her place. We must receive the name of the replacement participant at least 15 days before the teams´ departure. If a replacement cannot be sent the Cancellation and Refund Policy stated above will be applied.

AIST provides a full service option with airfare. If you would like us to quote a flight for your group we will provide this service upon request.
There maybe options for charter flights with larger groups.
Airlines will publish airfare around 330 days prior to your return date. At that time we will start looking for the best options for you group.
